Take Bob's Apple Logo Test

Apple has been unhappy with companies using an “Apple” in their logo. Can you pick out the Apple Computer logo and identify the others? Also, which two logos does Apple Inc. think are too indistinguishable from their own?

The Cupertino based computer company has been displeased with New York’s “GreeNYC” and the Victoria School of Business for using logos which they feel are too similar to their own iconic bite-out-of-an-apple logo.

They have filed complaints with the with U.S. Patent and Trademark Office about the GreeNYC and sent letters to the Victoria School of Business.

According to a recent
story in on the AppleInsider:

“Apple is being accused of bullying a Canadian technology school and loyal customer with charges of trademark infringement because its logo bears a familiar fruit.

According to the Victoria News, the Victoria School of Business and Technology received a strongly worded letter from Apple's outside attorneys this month, claiming that the institution's 3-year old logo ‘reproduces, without authority’ the Mac maker's trademark symbol.”
