Adobe
A Few New Things
September 26, 2008 08:43 AM
Sure, Adobe has gotten a lot of attention with the release of
Photoshop Lightroom 2 and the announcem
ent of Abobe Photoshop CS4, but no one seems to mention the pending release of Adobe Photoshop Elements 7. Of course it’s only for PC. What surprise! Adobe seem to leave the Mac users way behind when it comes to Elements. They finally released version 6 last spring and didn’t even bother with a version 5 for us lowly Mac users.
Notice the cool art work on the box for Elements 7 compare to the Photoshop box. I think the attractive, attention getting box will work when the software hits the shelves of retails outlets. I’m not sure why Adobe uses such boring graphics on their profession high-end software packaging?
NEW SEARCH:
Check out the new feature function I added to the site with the new RapidWeaver plug-in, RapidSearch 2.0 from Josh Lockart. Just click on the new menu item on the left.
MY MOM’S PHOTOS:
I added a menu button on the left so it’s one touch for everyone to finds my Mom’s artistic “Wheels of LA” photographs. New photos coming this weekend.

NICE SOFTWARE:
Take a look at the JPEG Extration Utility “Instant JPEG From Raw” from RawWorkflow.com.
