Photograph by Lorelei Lachman © 2010 – Las Vegas, NV I’m trying to remember the last time I used one of these. Maybe late night writing, a college paper. Certainly don’t miss it. I guess computers are a good thing. - RL

OneOne software is selling their Plug Suite for 50% off thru Sept, 16, 2010. It’s a great deal and great a way to enhance you images. I use it a lot with my personal photos including my iPhone masterpieces. Certainly the plug-ins from the suite I use the most are FocalPoint2 and PhotoFrames 4.5. You can check out my review of Focal Point here.
Another deal offer for a few more days (eight to be exact) is the MacUpdate bundle with includes Toast 10 Titanium for the Mac. The bundle sells for $49.99. Check out the MacUpdate bundle here.
iPhone Photographs by Robert Lachman © 2010 Photographs from my iPhone using the Hipstamatic App during my walk at lunch last week. These photos were taken as a small carnival type fair was being set up before the weekend event near Olvera Street in Los Angeles. I can believe how busy I have been. Just back from Expo at Photoshop World in Las Vegas and then it was back to work at the Los Angeles Times. I hope to get a few more blog post from the event in Vegas but finding the time may be a problem. Or, maybe it’s just my procrastination setting in. If you get a chance, check out my latest post about making photo books on the new LA Times blog, “Framework.” And, don’t be shy, leave a comment, ask a question or tell a friend about it. I hope you’re having a great week. Best Regards, -RL
iPhone Photographs by Robert Lachman © 2010 We checked out the Calico Ghost Town on the return trip from Photoshop World 2010 in Las Vegas. It’s just a couple miles off the 15 freeway between Baker and Barstow. I hope you enjoy the photographs. Have a nice weekend. -RL
